Call for IBIS related patent disclosures:
 - None


Review of previous meeting minutes:
Minutes from the 27 JUN 2023 meetings were reviewed. Weston Beal moved to
approve the minutes. Randy Wolff seconded. Without objection the minutes were
approved.


Call for opens:
 - review newest draft of IBIS Quality specification from Weston

AR review:

 
New ARs:
 - Bob will upload draft7 of the Quality specification document to the website.
 - Lance will send an email notice to the open forum requesting review of the 
   Quality specification.


Discussion:
 - Weston showed the latest draft (7) of the IBIS Quality specification for 
   review in the meeting. Randy asked about adding figures to help clarify the 
   descriptions in many paragraphs. Weston agreed that this is a good idea, 
   but wants to get this version approved quickly. The addition of figures and 
   expanded descriptions is a good idea for a future update to the quality 
   specification.
